Dr. Caldas earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University, where he was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society, and completed his specialty residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at New York University. He has passed the American Board of Orthodontics written examination and brings extensive experience treating children, teens, and adults — from early interceptive care to comprehensive treatment with both traditional braces and Invisalign® clear aligners, including complex interdisciplinary and surgical cases.

He is fluent in English and Portuguese and clinically proficient in Spanish. Outside the office, you might find him training for a marathon, on the soccer field or tennis court, playing guitar, or snowboarding.
